Counseling Department

Honor graduates will be recognized as follows:

Utopian Honors

• 4.0 GPA, and
• 2 AP courses and 10 Honors/Dual Enrollment courses (combination of 12 AP/Honors/Dual Enrollment courses with at least 2 AP courses)

Chancellor Honors

• 3.7 - 4.0 GPA, and
• 8 Honors/Dual Enrollment or AP courses (any combination of Honors, DE or AP)

OR

• 3.5 - 3.6 GPA, and 
• 12 Honors/Dual Enrollment or AP courses (any combination of Honors, DE, or AP)

Scholar Honors

• 3.5 - 3.6 GPA, and
• 6 Honors/Dual Enrollment or AP courses (any combination of Honors, DE or AP)

OR

• 3.7 - 4.0 GPA
• No Honors, Dual Enrollment or AP courses required

The ULL CCPD offers a wide variety of counseling services and charges a one-time intake fee of $25.00. All subsequent services are FREE.

Counseling services include:

Jacob Crouch Suicide Prevention Services

Jacob Crouch Suicide Prevention Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides resources for support groups, hotlines, and various programs.

Hearts of Hope

Hearts of Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that responds daily to those affected by the trauma of sexual violence in our community by providing education, advocacy and empowerment services and programs. With the help of law enforcement, the criminal justice system and healthcare professionals, their services are available to the Acadiana area of Louisiana: Lafayette, Acadia, Vermilion, Iberia, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Landry & Evangeline parishes.

Healing House

Healing House is a non-profit agency focused on helping children through grief issues in a group atmosphere. The Healing House does not provide counseling or therapy, but a safe place, where children who have experienced a death of a loved one can express their thoughts and feelings in a variety of ways.
