Application Process

New student online application for the 2017-18 academic year will be available on January 13, 2017.

Please read the following guidelines to assist you in completing the online application for admission.

Application guidelines

    1. Gather all required documents listed below.
    2. Click Apply Now button below.
    3. Create an account.
    4. Read all instructions as you fill out application.
    5. Enter all fields in the correct format as noted in examples on the application. Do not use all caps, and please capitalize the first letter of all names.
    6. A check mark above each tab will appear once you have completed all required fields for that section of the application.
    7. In final signature step, if you need to gain access to previous tabs, use the back button (in bottom left corner of screen).
    8. Submit application upon completion.
    9. Required documents must be brought to the STM front office beginning January 17 - 19 between 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and on January 20, by appointment no later than 3 p.m. NOTE: Applications not completed by midnight on January 20 will be considered late and will lose their priority status.

  • Immunization Record
  • Freshmen Schedule Request
  • ASP Documentation Form
  • 6th and 7th grade final report cards
  • 6th and 7th grade standardized tests/scores
  • 6th, 7th and 8th grade attendance records
  • 6th, 7th and 8th grade discipline records
  • 8th grade mid-term report card
  • Leap test results (public school students only)
  • Proof of homeschool's accreditation (homeschooled students only)

Required Documents for Upperclassmen

  • 9th, 10th and/or 11th grade official transcripts with attendance and discipline records
