The following are times and dates for all incoming freshmen male and female athletes:
Athletic training for all freshmen female athletes (except soccer) are from 8 - 10 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on the weeks of:
Girls soccer workouts begin the week of June 12 – July 31 (no training during week of July 4th). Mondays and Tuesdays only from 11 – noon.
Athletic training for all freshmen male athletes are from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on the weeks of:
Athletes should bring athletic footwear, personal hydration, and comfortable workout clothes. Athletes will be taught proper training technique, safety, and nutrition as it applies to sport's specific performance.
