Online Registration Begins March 6

Online registration for current students will begin on Monday, March 6, 2017.  A link will be sent to you via email from mamie.romero@stmcougars.net the morning of March 6. Please read the email carefully and follow the steps to complete your child's registration.

The email will include links to update student demographic information. Please print and complete the 2016-2017 Enrollment Agreement Contract and return to STM by March 10.

Attention to all items is required before registration is considered complete. Parents with multiple children at St. Thomas More are required to complete the demographic information update for EACH child currently attending STM, but only need to complete and mail one Enrollment Agreement Contract per family.

If you fail to register by Friday, March 10, we will assume your child will not be attending St. Thomas More. Due to the increase in enrollment, students will not be guaranteed a place if registration is not complete during the designated registration period. According to school policy, if your student has failed two or more classes at mid-term, your student's registration will be held until review of final grades. Please refer to stmcougars.net/tuition for tuition information.

In order to register your student for the 2017 - 2018 school year, in March, your STM FACTS account must be current through February for tuition payments and incidental billings for clubs and athletics.

Addition to Enrollment Agreement

A new addition has been made to the Enrollment Agreement – an Optional Options Program Donation. If you are not familiar with our Options Program, it is a modified academic inclusion program designed to meet the needs of developmentally disabled students. The primary goal is to prepare students for the transition from high school to a life of independent living while still maintaining a level of academic achievement.

If you choose to make this donation, the Options Program will receive 50% of the donation immediately and the other 50% will be placed in the STM Foundation Options Program Endowed Fund. The interest earned from this fund will be used for the continuation of this program.

As a Catholic school, it is in-line with our mission to assist with the cost of this program. The Advisory Council, Foundation Board, and the Leadership Team have made a decision that tuition should remain the same for all students who receive an education at St. Thomas More.

The students in our Options Program do more for St. Thomas More than we could ever do for them. We ask that you prayerfully consider making a gift during the re-enrollment process. No gift is too small to make a difference in the life of someone.
