Front Desk Receptionist
This position is a full-time position that requires a full range of clerical/secretarial work assignments in support of the school. The incumbent reports directly to the Dean of Students but interacts with a wide range of staff, faculty, students, alumni, and community leaders. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first person the students and guests see when coming into the school. This person will welcome guests, check-in students, answer the phone, and perform other clerical duties. Skills and experience include excellent communication skills and basic computer skills. Administrative Support Assistant
This position is a full-time position which requires a full range of moderate to complex clerical/secretarial work assignments in support of the Advancement Department. The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Advancement but interacts with a wide range of staff, faculty, students, alumni, and community leaders. The employee will be expected to provide leadership in the training and development of student ambassadors. Work often involves front line contacts with a variety of campus and community individuals requiring active problem solving and effective interpersonal skills. Some early morning, evening, and weekend work is required. Skills and experience include use and maintain standard office automation software at intermediate to advanced level of proficiency: including database management, Microsoft Excel and Access, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
