2025 Summer Workouts
Athletes should bring athletic footwear, personal hydration, and comfortable workout clothes. Athletes will be taught proper training technique, safety, and nutrition as it applies to sport's specific performance.
Any questions or concerns regarding workouts please contact the coordinators of the STM strength and conditioning staff.
