Safety Protocols for Summer 2020
In order for athletes to participate in summer workouts, the following safety protocols are required during Phase 2:
- Athletes must check in at the front of school under the covered walk. This will be the only entrance to the school each day. A questionnaire must be answered each day and a temperature check will be recorded. (Do not arrive to workouts coming from strenuous activity or extreme heat as this will give you a "false fever" and you will be turned away.)
- Athletes must arrive 15 minutes prior to your workout time for check in.
- Face coverings are required for check in and encouraged but not required for workouts.
- Athletes must provide own hydration.
Girls basketball, softball and volleyball workouts (sophomores, juniors and seniors only) are from 8:00 - 10 a.m. on Monday - Thursday on the weeks of: June 8, June 15, June 22, July 6 and July 13
Incoming Freshmen Male Athletes:
1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Last name begins with A-G
2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Last name begins with H-Z
Monday - Thursday on the weeks of: June 8, June 15, June 22, July 6 and July 13
Upperclassmen male athletes are separated by sport and train on the same weeks as note above.
Basketball | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. (Varsity)
Baseball | 1 - 2:30 p.m. (Varsity | Grades 10 - 12)
Football | 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. (Half of Varsity) | 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. (Half of Varsity)
Lacrosse and Soccer | 12 - 1 p.m. | Grades 10 - 12
Athletes should bring athletic footwear, personal hydration, and comfortable workout clothes. Athletes will be taught proper training technique, safety, and nutrition as it applies to sport's specific performance.

Athletic training for the following sports is as follows:
Girls soccer workouts begin the week of July 9 through August 8. Tuesdays and Thursday only from 12 – 1 p.m. in the weight room. Also, we will compete in the high school summer league June through July. For more information, contact Daniel Underwood at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tennis workouts begin June 15, Mondays and Thursdays from 5 - 6:30 p.m. at Cougar Courts. For more information, contact email@example.com. Players must bring their own racquet and water, enough for the entire workout.
Cross Country workouts begin June 24, Monday - Thursday from 7 - 9 a.m. at STM track. For more information, contact Walt Whitfield at firstname.lastname@example.org.
