The following are times and dates for all athletes:
Athletic training for all female athletes (except soccer) are from 8:30 - 10 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on the weeks of: June 4, June 11 , June 18, June 25, July 9 and July 16
Girls soccer workouts begin the week of June 11 (no training during week of July 2nd). Mondays and Wednesdays only from 11 a.m. – noon in the weight room.
Athletic training for all freshmen male athletes are from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on the weeks of: June 4, June 11, June 18, June 25 and July 9
Upperclassmen male athletes are separated by sport and train on the same weeks as note above.
Basketball - 7:30 - 9 a.m.
Baseball - 1 - 3 p.m.
Football 5 - 7 p.m.
Athletes should bring athletic footwear, personal hydration, and comfortable workout clothes. Athletes will be taught proper training technique, safety, and nutrition as it applies to sport's specific performance.
