Summer Workouts

2021 Summer Workouts


Girls basketball, softball and volleyball workouts are from 8:00 - 10 a.m. on Monday - Thursday on the weeks of: June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, and July 12

Incoming Freshmen Male Athletes:
Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 5 pm on the weeks of: June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, and July 12

Upperclassmen male athletes are separated by sport and train on the same weeks Monday - Thursday as noted above.

Basketball | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. (Varsity)
Baseball | 1 - 2:30 p.m. (Varsity | Grades 10 - 12)
Football | 5:00 - 6:30 pm (Varsity | Grades 10 - 12)
Lacrosse and Soccer | 12 - 1 p.m. | Grades 10 - 12

Athletes should bring athletic footwear, personal hydration, and comfortable workout clothes. Athletes will be taught proper training technique, safety, and nutrition as it applies to sport's specific performance.

Athletic training for the following sports is as follows:

Girls soccer workouts begin the week of June 17 -  July 20 on Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Ragin Fitness, 815 Cajundome Boulevard. Cost is $140 per athlete for 16 sessions.  This is a reduced rate and must be paid in advance regardless if you make every session.  Please attempt to make 6 of the 8 weeks.  Drop-ins are not allowed. T-shirt included.

There will be a fun team competition at the end of the summer with sno-cones to celebrate.

Tennis workouts begin June 7, Monday from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 - 11 a.m. at Cougar Courts. For more information, contact  Players must bring their own racquet and water, enough for the entire workout.
