Seniors
Requirements Prior to Orientation Day
Wednesday, August 10
7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Your student is required to have the following items and associated fees completed prior to orientation. Use this page as your checklist to make sure you have all items completed.
- Please read our Student and Parent Handbook carefully as our policies have been updated. An electronic signature is required stating that you understand and accept all policies and procedures as set forth in the St. Thomas More Catholic High School Student Handbook. Your electronic signature will be captured in the Policies Permission Form below.
- Policies Permission Form - Click here to complete.
- Student Fees - Order parking pass, English required reading books, socks, ties.
- Online Parent Release Forms for Medications:
- Parent Release Form for Medications - This form must be completed for all students.
- Parent Release Form for Prescription Medication -Print, complete and returned signed form only if your student needs prescription medication during school hours.
- PE Uniforms - Deadline to order is midnight on July 24.
- Cougar Sweatshirts, Fleece and Hat Orders - Deadline to order is September 9.
- PTC Volunteer Form - Click here to complete.
- Lifetouch School Pictures - STM ID # EVT68C4J2 (The site may not be open until July 27.)
- Cafeteria - Payments can be made online through www.myschoolbucks.com or by check. Meal prices for the 2022-23 school year have not been announced at this time. Any extra items will be charged to student's account. (second entrees, bottled water, ice cream)
- Required Textbooks - Please Note: Required textbooks for AP, Dual Enrollment, and Theology courses are purchased separately. You may purchase the books wherever you wish; however, please note the edition of the book. Have your student bring their book on the first day of instruction, Friday, August 12, 2022.
