Elite Training for Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, and Defensive Backs
Get a head start on your competition! Athleticism without knowledge, and knowledge without developed athleticism, results in an underachieving athlete. Having both without a winner’s attitude also results in underachievement. Coach Shane Savoie, Coach Lance Strother, and Coach Ryan Frederick are committed to developing every athlete's knowledge, spirit and athleticism. This camp is designed for skill positions in the sport of football (non-lineman).

The purpose of this camp is to help your football players develop their knowledge and fundamentals on the defensive perimeter side of the football for the upcoming football season.  It is a chance for young athletes to get a feel for what position they may play on the defensive side of the ball.
 

What is covered: Linebacker/Corners/Free Safeties
Proper stance, techniques vs. run/pass, proper form tackling (NO COLLISIONS), reads/keys, zone coverage concepts, man coverage techniques and concepts.

Daily Schedule
Stride and stretch, inside linebacker individual, outside linebacker individual, corner individual, and free safety individual, 7 on 7 scrimmage (TWO HAND TOUCH)

Musical Theater Camp is designed to allow students to use and enhance their performance talents and build enthusiasm for musical theater. Campers will work on a scene and a musical number from a show that STM has done and work on singing, choreography, and acting. 

Your child's hard work will be on display from 3 - 4 p.m. on the last day of camp, Friday July, 22. Parents are invited to watch a Musical Cabaret of all the scenes your student has worked on under the lights of the STM stage.

All experience levels welcome
Campers will be split into 2 groups - beginners and experienced
- Beginners will receive instruction on basics and fundamentals of lacrosse, a great introductory into the sport
- Experienced campers will receive in depth, position-specific training to develop lacrosse IQ

Equipment needed:

• Beginner campers - stick (if you have one), cleats (football, soccer or lacrosse cleats) There will be sticks to borrow available for beginners
• Experienced campers - full lacrosse gear (helmet, stick, pads, etc.), water

Art camp and programs are designed to enhance skills and build excitement of visual arts through a variety of media - painting, drawing, sculpting, etc.  

Your child's creation will be displayed in an art show on the last day of each camp!

Jim Hightower's Skills and Drills Football Camp is devoted to in-depth instruction geared specifically to the fundamentals of football and individual techniques. The STM coaching staff provides quality instruction in all areas of the game of football. After completing the camp, you will have a greater understanding of the fundamentals of football and proper techniques needed to become a successful football player.

Kicking Cougar Soccer Camp is aimed at children of all levels and abilities. The camp focus is on the introduction and mastery of ball skill in a fun learning environment. There will also be an emphasis on 1 v 1 skills, creativity and freedom with the ball.
