Spiritual Formation

Homebase is a ministry facilitated by our senior campus ministers for all other campus ministers. This night is one of spiritual growth, formation & training, prayer, teamwork, and renewal. There are three Homebase gatherings each semester. Attendance by all Campus Ministers is required. Alumni campus ministry volunteers also help with Homebase.

We are excited to launch a new freshman initiative in Campus Ministry called Ignite. This program is intended to integrate freshmen into the St. Thomas More family through Campus Ministry activities. Let our ministry activities jump start your high school experience. St. Thomas More Junior team members coordinate, plan and conduct retreats for our feeder school junior high students. In these retreats, students are encouraged to be open to God and his word.

Impact Night is a welcoming, fun evening for EVERY student at STM & any friends they want to invite from other parishes or schools, filled with live Praise & Worship, a powerful message of Christ intended to inspire, motivate, and impact the lives of all in attendance. Impact Night has been known to have hilarious skits, interactive games, amazing food, small group interaction, relevant videos to our Christian faith journey, and for some have changed their lives. IMPACT nights are not mandatory, but all STM students are strongly encouraged to attend. We offer IMPACT 4 times during the year!

Music Ministry provides all the music for school Masses. With Mass each Thursday throughout the school year, Music Ministry stays busy learning new liturgical music and the most current Christian songs. Music Ministry auditions take place at the end of each school year. Upperclassmen are invited to try out. Our Music Ministry supports a cast of acoustic guitar players, a drummer, occasionally a horn instrument, a bass guitarist, and vocalists.
